As a real estate investor and educator, I look at just about every new product and program that comes on the market. And if something looks good I’ll buy it.

The Con's

Google Adwords
PPC is a huge component of online advertising and can bring you a ton of leads fast. Greg’s course teaches most of the free lead gen techniques but as a Google AdWords certified marketer, I know that I can generate even hundreds or thousands more leads for pennies that most other marketers will never have access to.

SIMS touches on PPC but doesn’t really go into the “ins and outs” of how to grab this cheap traffic.

Financing
The fact that the course doesn’t address financing isn't unusual. Most, if not all, real estate investing courses don't go into detail on financing. I think it's because the rules change so often. and since this is a marketing course, I’m sure they assume that you already have your financing thing down.

But if you don’t this isn't issue. And if you use a bank to finance your deals you will need to know what financing is best and what bankers look for.
